![]() To explain how the plugins work in respects to slots, I'll continue to use filefactory as an example. Please make a new thread in the hoster section for each individual plugin change, state your reasons for, and see what happens. We will assess your request, but it doesn't mean it will change. You are free to ask for a wait time or chunks or max sim download setting to be changed for a specific plugin for a given reason. These are for obvious reasons, sorry to say that's just how it is. We set physical limits within plugins, which can not be over ridden by users. At times the hoster tells us the time we need to wait in between downloads, other times they do not! These are the reasons why retry times are physically set by us, and should not be manipulated by the user base. We set respectable retry times based on what the programmer sees fit for given error or we use JD default. ![]() This is why we have default error handling for all known error types. We then allow default to be 1 second, they might have thousands of filefactory links all trying the free download method, every second.ġ% of 15million people trying to download from filefactory at any given time, lets say they have what 100 filefactory links to be downloaded.ġ5 000 000 * 0.01 = 150 000 * 100 = 15 million requests every second. Picture this.ġ5million JD users all wanting files of say 'filefactory'. ![]() If you are trying to bypass general download slot issues (buy premium services, that's the hosters intention) ? This wont be happening as it will create DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) events. If connection is lost due to connectivity issue, fix your underlying issue.
